The Malt House is on the site of the former City Flour Mills, which in 1934 produced one and a half tonnes of flour an hour, seven days a week. Serviced by ‘wherries’ on the River Wensum.
Riverside is a newly developed area, just a short wander from Norwich City Centre. The area is based along the River Wensum and has seen the redevelopment of many buildings. It is a lovely base for our accommodation, giving guests all their essential needs for food and shopping, refueling vehicles, entertainment, drinks or food out, with the bonus of at least two leisure centres, cinemas and bowling.
Norwich City Football Club is on Carrow Road, 2 minutes from the front door, on home match days we love to watch fans amble past on King Street below on their way to a match.
