A brief list of ideas to help you make a plan of action whilst self catering at 106 The Malt House, in case you need one!

1. Surrey House, Surrey Street. HQ of Aviva – just walk in the main entrance, plus ask to see the Boardroom.

2. Norwich Cathedral.

3. Elm Hill & Tombland- ancient & historic streets.

4.Norwich Lanes: 2014 Best Great British High Street Winner (independent shopping, historic area, cool cafes, bars and an excellent chip shop)!

5.Riverside Walk.

6.Norwich Theatre Royal (catch a live show).

7.Plantation Garden – we love this space, warm weather or cold.

8.Eaton Park – see above comments!

9.Tour Norwich City Football Ground. Watch a game, U21 or First Team.

10.Probably should mention, Mustard, aka Colman’s, shop & little museum in Gentleman’s Walk.

11. Norwich Open air Market – for good fruit & veg stalls – lush medjool dates on the one in front of The White Company shop!¬†For mushy peas (seriously), for good coffee (Little Red Roaster), for good butchers, for good fishmongers, for bread…

12. Just a little shop we like, google ‘Jane Richards, Norwich’. Interior design, our mirrors and a few extras were bought from this¬†smart shop.

Not to mention the myriad other things, like ghost walks, punts on the river, the Norfolk Broads, skiing, Whittlingham Broad, Frank’s Bar, did we mention Frank’s Bar?! Norwich 12, historic and iconic buildings, good real ale pubs, fab cafes…
