As a local family we do most of the changeovers ourselves, basing our expectations at 106 on years of experience running private catered chalets in the French Alps & Colorado and our previous self catering property in Norfolk.

We’re a well travelled Norfolk family – Mum, Dad and teenage twins. Our own holidays are self catering, we understand that it takes time to find the place you really want to stay. For us that means knowing a property will be spotless on arrival and excellently equipped, with easy communication with owners and a website that is honest.

We believe Norfolk is a little ‘bubble’ in England, and it is hard to beat! 106 The Malt House will offer guests walking distance access to Norwich City Centre and a 3 minute drive to A47 for day trips to The Norfolk Broads, also day trips to Holt, Aylsham, Cromer & Sheringham and the Norfolk Coast (do ask us for recommendations of places to visit).

Our aim is for guests to be able to book their Norwich City Short Break or Holiday smoothly, and to arrive at an immaculate, well furnished and safe apartment. We can arrange if requested in advance, personal touches (at guests expense) for birthdays or anniversaries, for example, wine, chocolates, balloons. 07887 402711 or info@norwichselfcatering.co.uk
