Looking outside for the first time in a ‘while’ and actually seeing a lovely ‘big blue Norfolk sky’ makes our thoughts turn to the versatility of 106 The Malt House.
It’s genuinely a good base at any time of year. The parking is covered, and the garaging includes a lift to the first floor, so no getting wet with your luggage on arrival, whether that be a summer or spring shower or a wintery downpour!
We have WIFI, included in the price, it’s standard and expected, all year.
During the colder months (which we will this weekend hopefully say goodbye to), the apartment is fully heated and controllable by guests. There is lots of hot water. We have added throws and hot water bottles to the accommodation as well, an extra comfort.
In Summer and on warmer days, the French Doors on the Juliette Balcony to King Street can be thrown open, steeping the living area in warmth and light. The French Doors to the terrace are the same, but open to a rare, spacious South Facing terrace, lined with bamboo and with seating and Fairy lights. It’s ideal for relaxation, sunbathing, for breakfast with coffee or dinner and drinks…
Norwich attractions, Castle, Cathedral, Lanes are all walking distance. The Norfolk Broads, North Norfolk Coast, Beccles are a short drive.
If you’d like to book online, do so, if you prefer to email from our contact form, we can book you in manually…
